This piece of artwork was inspired by Van Gogh's "Starry Night". The background was made of tissue paper and glued down by mod podge. I used oil pastels to make swirls, but they are not visible in the picture. The oil pastels and tissue paper represent movement. The mountains represent my landscape that include snow capped mountains and lines to emphasize the mountain.
